2. Inbound Shipments to Green Craft
Clients are responsible for:
Notifying us in advance of incoming shipments.
Providing accurate packing lists and FNSKU/ASIN details.
Ensuring items are compliant with Amazon FBA and legal import/export requirements.
Shipments without prior notice may be delayed or refused.
3. Outbound Shipments to Amazon (FBA)
Once inventory is received and processed:
Products are packaged according to Amazon’s FBA standards (or client instructions).
We use Amazon-partnered carriers when possible (e.g., UPS).
Shipping labels must be generated through the client’s Seller Central account and sent to us.
Processing Time:
Typical prep and ship time is 1–3 business days after receiving complete instructions and labels. Bulk or custom orders may require more time.
4. Shipping Timelines
Standard FBA Shipments (UPS): 1–5 business days (after dispatch).
Non-Amazon Shipments: Timelines depend on the carrier and destination.
Green Craft is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping data.
5. Carrier Options
We support the following carriers:
Amazon Partnered Carrier (UPS)
FedEx
USPS
DHL (upon request)
Carrier selection may vary depending on the service tier or client preference.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may:
Provide pre-paid shipping labels.
Be invoiced based on actual carrier charges.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a package is lost or damaged in transit:
Claims must be made with the carrier directly.
We will assist with documentation if the loss occurred after dispatch from our facility.
Green Craft is not responsible for loss/damage once the package has been handed to the carrier.
8. Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
Clients are responsible for monitoring delivery through the carrier.
