Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of our services (FBA prep, labeling, bundling, and shipping), refunds are generally not offered once a service has been performed or processing has begun.
However, we will review refund or credit requests in the following cases:
If a service was charged but not performed.
If the wrong service was applied due to our error.
If there was clear damage or negligence on our part in handling your products.
If your situation fits any of the above, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the service date.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds for:
Mistakes caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
Amazon-related delays or removals not caused by Green Craft.
Third-party shipping errors (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
Orders outside of the refund/request timeframes mentioned above.
